Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

If the booking cancel before 45 days than full refund will be back (Except GST + Service charges will be applicable)

If the booking cancel within 45 days – 30 days than 25% amount will be deducted

If the booking cancel within 30 days – 15 days than 50% amount will be deducted

If the booking cancel within 30 days – 15 days than 50% amount will be deducted

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Under given circumstances if the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to force majeure or vis majeure, the IPR group shall not be take the responsibility to give any refund to you. It is only at the sole discretion, the company will be able to give you the refund based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of our suppliers like hoteliers, coach operators, etc. However the decision of the company on the quantum of refund shall be final.
It would take at least 45 days to process the refund (if due). Here it is also clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc due to any reason whatsoever.
