Refund and Cancellation Policy

At IPR Holidays, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we will consider a refund, provided the reasons are valid and verified through our internal review process. We encourage all customers to read the terms and details of each package before booking, as every package includes specific information about inclusions, exclusions, and conditions.

1. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email or submitted through our official 'Contact Us' page. The following cancellation charges will apply:

  • More than 45 days before the travel date: Full refund, excluding GST and service charges
  • Between 45 to 30 days before the travel date: 25% of the total package cost will be deducted
  • Between 30 to 15 days before the travel date: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted
  • Less than 15 days before the travel date or no-show: No refund will be applicable

Note: Refunds will be calculated based on the total invoice amount

2. Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, the following terms will apply:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, payment gateway).
  • The processing time for refunds may take up to 45 business days from the date of approval.
  • No refunds will be given for unused services or components of the package such as accommodation, sightseeing, transfers, meals, entrance tickets, or any optional tours missed for any reason.

3. Force Majeure Clause

In the event that a tour or part of it is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, etc.), IPR Holidays shall not be held responsible for providing a refund. However, in such cases, a partial or full refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the company, depending on third-party vendor policies (hotels, transport, etc.) and overall circumstances.

4. Important Notes

  • Refund requests will not be entertained for delays or changes in the itinerary due to weather, airline rescheduling, or other uncontrollable factors.
  • The company’s decision on the amount of refund shall be final and binding.
